Takeisha's Musical Journey
Takeisha discovered her love for piano at the age of 12 and has nurtured her passion for music ever since. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Southern New Hampshire University. During college, the first piece she performed was J.S. Bach's Minuet in G Major, followed by Chopin's Bagatelle in A Minor and Mozart's Ah Vous Dirai-je, Maman.
After graduating from Southern New Hampshire University, Takeisha continued her music education at Full Sail University, where she ultimately earned another Bachelor's degree. This time, she would focus on Audio Arts and Music Production.
Takeisha wears many hats, and has accomplished many different creative endeavors, including writing multiple books and programming video games.
Along with her impressive background as a student, performer, author, and programmer, Takeisha is a seasoned educator. She has been teaching for 20 years, and currently teaches private piano lessons to students of all ages. Takeisha's favorite genre is classical, and her favorite piece is Beethoven's Fur Elise, but she is happy to incorporate different genres, styles, and pieces that her students enjoy into their lessons.
When she isn't teaching, Takeisha shapes the music industry with her talent and expertise as a music producer for a popular record label in Montreal, Canada.
