Born in Savannah, GA, William K. Glover comes from a family of musicians and friends of music. Discovering his gift for and love of classical music in his teenage years, he immersed himself in learning to play piano, with the support and assistance of his parents. While studying at Albany State University, William had the honor and privilege to study piano for two years under Dr. Marcia Hood, Chair of the Albany State University Department of Fine Arts and Dr. Mimi Noda, Assistant Professor of Music. He is also a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Music Fraternity of America, Incorporated, America's first and oldest music fraternity.
William has been teaching music since 2010 and has worked with students of all ages, from young children through adults, at several studios and music schools throughout the state of Georgia. He prides himself on teaching not only technical proficiency and mastery but a deep passion and love of music. Through their lessons with William, students will come to understand how music ties into almost every aspect of our lives, and most importantly, they will learn how fun and rewarding music can be.
