Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Bruce has been performing and playing music since the age of 12. He began playing bass guitar and drums at his family's church. This is where he cultivated his skills and passion for music. Growing up in a musical household, Bruce was able to hear a diverse playlist of music. Which added to his musical development. The sounds of Hendrix, Santana, Funkadelic, Sly Stone, Pink Floyd, and more often echoed throughout the house.
After graduating high school Bruce attended Anne Arundel Community College majoring in Music. While attending AACC he played Bass, Guitar, and Afro/Latin percussion in bands and churches throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV). During this time Bruce also picked up teaching Bass, Guitar, and Keyboard at a studio, as well as teaching private lessons.
Furthermore, Bruce has 6 years of teaching experience with students of all ages. Recently he's made Atlanta his new home and is looking forward to growing with the local music community.
